  • No smoking or parties allowed.
  • A copy of the primary guest's ID and a signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking 
  • A $200 damage hold is required prior to arrival.
  • One dog is allowed with paid fee (non-refundable); dog much be crated when left home alone.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
